The tax suite seamlessly integrates with our MLS system, and its simple and intuitive interface allows for smooth transition and adaptability. CRS Data continuously collects, updates and maintains property information so that it is current, allowing you to create property reports and comparable reports, prospect, and access a plethora of trend and demographic reports.
Integration Made Easy
Because CHS MLS utilizes a Single Sign On (SSO) launchpad, you can access your unique CRS account without an additional set of credentials. Yay!
Simply login to MLS and you'll see your MLS Applications, with CRS Data front and center.
You can also access CRS Data via the Flexmls Menu as seen here.
Or even directly from a property detail report, by clicking CRS Tax Info across the top bar. These integration points make it easy to keep the data on hand quickly, at all times!
CRS is More than Data Reports
Each CHS MLS user has a unique profile within CRS Data. You can adjust your profile, set your branding, and much more - so that when you share reports with your clients, you will shine.
Advanced property searching allows you to target certain areas to pull any set of data you need.
Thorough property reports are accessible via each listing in MLS or via the CRS search and contain pages of important data.
