The partnership will enable its members to access listing data within a new network of the largest MLSs in South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Collaborating as the founding members of the Southeast MLS Alliance, CHS Regional MLS, Georgia MLS, Canopy MLS, and Realtracs will facilitate regional listing exposure and empower members to serve their clients with more data and reach than ever before.
More news to come as we inch towards March. The data will be seamlessly integrated into your existing Flexmls accounts, via a separate search stream. Stay tuned!

CHS Regional MLS is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership that will enable its members to access listing data within a new network of the largest MLS’s in South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
Collaborating as the founding members of the Southeast MLS Alliance, CHS Regional MLS, Georgia MLS, Canopy MLS, and Realtracs will facilitate regional listing exposure and empower members to serve their clients with more data and reach than ever before.
It’s been an exciting few years for the real estate market in the southeast,” said CHS MLS Executive Director Joseph Cullom. “We’re proud to be forming this alliance as an opportunity to better serve our members in all market conditions by providing them with increased exposure for their listings.”
CHS Regional MLS Participants and Subscribers will have access to a wealth of data from these southeastern areas, the opportunity to broaden their referral network and garner a powerful agent audience for their clients’ listings.
The new data will launch into our current platform, Flexmls, allowing members to have quick and familiar access (via a separate search).

Will there be more news?
Yes! This is just the initial announcement. Much more information and resources will be on its way in the coming months.
Will I have to learn a new MLS system to see the data from those areas?
No. The Alliance has worked hard to ensure that you will be able to see the additional data within your own existing MLS platform.
Will we (or other Alliance members) perform compliance work on other MLS data?
No. MLS's are independent broker marketplaces, each with different rules. Data from TN, NC, and GA will be integrated “as is” from those services and are not subject to CHS MLS Rules and Regulations, nor editable by CHS MLS staff. It's a “read only” data exchange.
Is this a merger?
No. It is only a data share partnership. Will there be any additional costs to my CHS MLS fees? No.
