Did you know that when you create a saved search in Flexmls, there are default listing statuses that will be included when that saved search is added to a contact as a subscription?
In order for a listing to be considered "new" and sent to your contact, it must be within the parameters you set - including the status of the listing.
Currently, "Back on Market" is not selected by default, but beginning Thursday, April 21st, it will be included in the defaulted statuses for new subscriptions created.
By default, Flexmls is already set to include listings of these statuses:
NEW
PRICE CHANGE
STATUS CHANGE
To adjust listing statuses for your subscription, click "Additional Search Options" as seen below, before you save the search:
Then select or deselect and proceed normally:
