We all know how vital our home internet is, and homebuyers are taking that need into account more than ever. With our newest integration, you'll have immediate access to Fiber Homes - a tool that offers a hassle-free way to immediately identify homes equipped with fiber internet, and comes at no additional cost whatsoever. And - if the property is not fiber-ready, Fiber Homes will still offer up the broadband options available to the prospective buyer.

Having access to Fiber Homes is one thing. You could establish your own account, save a bookmark to the webpage, and manually search an address anytime. However, MLS staff and leadership have worked with Fiber Homes to develop this as a no-cost integration directly in Flexmls!
Within Flexmls, you'll be able to view the property's fiber status with one view. With the integration, you'll also have the option to easily create (we mean it - it's two clicks) branded broadband report. And because this is modern stuff we're talking about here - you can also share the broadband report via QR code.
And don't forget - if the property is not fiber-ready, Fiber Homes will still offer up the broadband options available to the prospective buyer.
Access the Fiber Homes data via the More menu on the property Detail view. Just click Broadband Report and a new tab will open with an instant report!
Your unique broadband report will appear as this example below, listing ANY available internet solutions for that address. You can download and share as a PDF or share the QR code as well.
