After consultation with legal counsel, the current MLS exemption form for the South Carolina LLR Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement (LLR RPCDS) will be replaced on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. The new form, titled the CHS Regional MLS SCPCDS Notice Form, will be accessible via CHSMLS.com/documents and loaded into Zipform for your convenience, May 25.
Please note this form update does not affect the state law requiring your seller to complete a LLR Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement (LLR RPCDS), it is simply a local form update for CHS Regional MLS.
LLR Residential Property Condition Disclosure Statement (LLR RPCDS) or CHS Regional MLS SCPCDS Notice Form is required to be added to your MLS listing. This form will help in strengthening that the listing brokerage has recommended the seller obtain legal counsel regarding the seller disclosure form.
