Data Feed Options

Internet Data Exchange (IDX) allows real estate agents and brokers to show each others MLS property listings on their website. To establish a feed, you must be a CHS MLS user or vendor working on behalf of a CHS MLS user.
Supported standards: RETS 1.7.2 and the RESO Web API. For more information on these standards please visit RESO.org

Listing Syndication CHS MLS partners with top real estate websites to streamline your process with listing syndication. Each Broker-in-Charge may choose to opt-in to listing syndication for the entire office per site.
